Asuwere Member, Podis founder and Director Nick Randell is back for another round of 'Chasing the Fox' a golfing experience where NZs best Male Golfer Ryan Fox versus six teams of kiwi icons from various fields. We are stoked to be the official apparel parter, producing custom Polos and Caps for the teams to wear on the day.

Tell us a bit about Podis and what you guys do?
Podis represents a new era in sports promotions, partnerships, media, and entertainment, creating unique sporting events and unforgettable experiences.
Our journey began in 2020 with the staging of regular televised 'Friday Night Fights' boxing events at SkyCity, looking to identify and nurture New Zealand's most promising talent to reach new audiences and provide opportunities.
We've since ventured into the world of golf, gearing up for the second edition of our highly anticipated Chasing the Fox golf event. A six-hole golf concept that we are looking to expand into other territories in 2024. Next year will also bring with it some other exciting projects and collaborations that we are looking forward to announcing soon.
In addition to our signature events, we collaborate with various rights holders, facilitating valuable partnerships across broadcast, media, and sponsorship domains.

What is Chasing the Fox and why is it ideal for spectators, what can people expect?
Golf is perceived as boring, long, and stuffy to some, we've created a unique short-form version that focuses on entertaining the audience and golfers, attracting a broad demographic across all genders. Competitive, unscripted entertainment and drama.
Chasing the Fox is a one-day golf and entertainment golfing party set in December. The event offers a blend of golf, music, premium food, drinks, and more. In collaboration with American Express, we present the 'American Express Club,' ensuring an unparalleled VIP golf experience. This exclusive club is designed for corporate hospitality, providing a day filled with hosting, activations, and contributions from all our remarkable partners that include Heineken, Mt Difficulty, Zeffer Cider, TAB, Radio Hauraki, the ACC and of course Asuwere!
For general admission, fans can join in on the excitement, enjoying access to food trucks, bars, engaging Par 3 competitions, and a variety of other activities. It's a day where golf and entertainment seamlessly come together for an unforgettable experience.
The day culminates in a main event at the end of the day where New Zealand's best takes on the best of the rest. Not golfers but well-known sports stars, media personalities, politicians, comedians and more all surprisingly handy but not world class. Chasing the Fox reimagines golf into a reality sport event where fans will be treated to a true beyond the ropes, intimate experience.
